What size is each booth?

Each booth is a 10' x 10' space.

What comes in each booth?

Each booth with have (1) 6' table and (2) chairs. 

What time can i start setting up my booth?

8:30am

how many people can help me set my booth?

each booth comes with (2) tickets for you and another person to help set up your booth. If you need more help, adults who are over 16 can buy regular tickets and be admitted early. Additional individuals under 16 will need to buy a VIP ticket. With a limit of 4 people allowed to come in early. 

 

We hope you understand. We have limited VIP tickets to ensure the opportunity is special and exclusive

CAN I PARTICIPATE IN SLIME DEMOS AND WORKSHOPS?

Yes, all ticket holders will be able to participate in workshops and demos.

Will electrical be provided for my booth?

No, it will not be provided. You can add power to your space by reaching out to the palmer events center.

Can I bring additional tables for my booth?

Yes, you can bring anything for your booth that fits in your 10x10 space. 

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
